Known Issues
A list of current known game issues we're investigating and working to resolve. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Season 4

  • Some players may receive an error message stating "Unable to claim reward. It is not unlocked" when attempting to claim Season Pass rewards.

  • Some Large Orichalcum Nodes may disappear.

    • We are aware of this issue and working to fix it.

Expansion

  • If you purchased the expansion and are not seeing unlocked content, you will need to restart your client.

Quests

  • Some players are missing their main story quest which is blocking progress.

    • This issue is under investigation.

Perks

  • The "Electrified" perk for the Boltcaster is temporarily disabled due to an issue with elemental damage conversion.

    • This will also temporarily disable the Magnify attribute on the Boltcaster.

  • The "Speedy" perk for the Winged Leather Shoes will be temporarily disabled due to an issue that was found.

    • This will also temporarily disable the Magnify attribute on the Winged Leather Shoes.

  • The "Refreshing Divine Embrace" perk for the Life Staff is not reducing the ability's cooldown when used on targets below 50% health.

    • This issue is under investigation.

  • Attributes from the "Magnify" perk are being lost upon entering a game mode or teleporting.

    • We are aware of this issue and working to fix it.

Crafting

  • The "Frigid Dawn" armor set cannot be crafted at the Gypsum Kiln.

    • This issue is under investigation.

Crashes

  • Some players are experiencing crashes during OPR and experiencing lag after the most recent update.

    • We are aware of this issue and investigating further.

Server Transfer

  • Players who are inactive for over 180 days will be asked to choose a new server.

    • Note: Servers that are Fresh Start or marked as "Full" will be ineligible to transfer even if that is your original server.

Errors

  • When launching the game, Unrecoverable Error "No Product Information Found" may be encountered.

    • You will need to re-launch the game after receiving this error.

  • Some players may receive a Lag Detected error message and experience lag or connection issues.

  • Some players may receive a character_restore_failure error message when logging in.

    • This issue is being investigated further.

  • Some players may receive an error message stating "Invitation Declined" or "Lobby requirements have changed and you do not meet them" when trying to join Expeditions.

    • This issue is under investigation. We recommend ensuring you have the Azoth Staff equipped before joining Expeditions.

Accessibility

  • Speech to Text does not function consistently when leaving a group.
