The inventory screen intermittently wouldn't open for players using controllers when there are a large number of players in a single area.
Players who leave Tempest's Heart Expedition from the 'Exit' point will be put in a non-interactable state.
Some quest steps fail to progress.
The Activity queue timer disappears when leaving the Cutlass Keys free for all area before free for all is activated.
Using Journal Reset on certain quests will block further progression.
Expeditions and Daily Soul Trials gets stuck on "Entering" after joining through Activity finder or Expedition enter options.
Carrying the shield-bearing Azoth Staff in Garden of Genesis and Starstone Barrows crashes other players in the expedition.
Expansion
If you purchased the expansion and are not seeing unlocked content, you will need to restart your client.
Quests
"Beyond the Gates" can be blocked due to a missing NPC.
We are working on a fix for this issue.
Crafting
Some players are unable to craft research projects at the workshop.
This issue is being investigated further.
Items
Diamond Gypsum Pouches are in a broken state.
We are working on a fix for this issue.
Crashes
Some players are experiencing crashes during OPR and experiencing lag after the most recent update.
We are aware of this issue and investigating further.
Skins
"The Tower" camp skin is temporarily disabled due to an identified issue with the skin.
We will update once this skin is available to use again.
Server Transfer
Players who are inactive for over 180 days will be asked to choose a new server.
Note: Servers that are Fresh Start or marked as "Full" will be ineligible to transfer even if that is your original server.

Errors
When launching the game, Unrecoverable Error "No Product Information Found" may be encountered.
If you have IPv6 enabled, you will need to disable it.
You will need to re-launch the game after receiving this error.
Some players may receive a "Lag Detected" error message and experience lag or connection issues.
Some players may receive a "character_restore_failure" error message when logging in.
This issue is being investigated further.
Accessibility
Speech to Text does not function consistently when leaving a group.
