New World Support
Please follow the directions below to report a player or company for cheating, harassment, or otherwise violating the Code of Conduct while playing New World.
Report a Player or Company
Hover over the offending message and then click Report.
Select a reason for the report, provide a description of the violation, and then click Submit.
To report a player or company outside of chat:
Press O to bring up the Social menu and then search for the player (or a player in the company you want to report) by name.
Mouse over the player and then click Report.
Select a reason for the report, provide a description of the violation, and then click Submit.
To report a player or company outside the game, file a web ticket. Make sure to include the following:
The name of the player or company you're reporting.
A description of the violation, along with links to any relevant videos or images that provide additional context to your report.
The server name where the violation occurred.
