Please follow these directions to report a player or company for cheating, harassment, or otherwise violating the Code of Conduct while playing New World.
Report a Player or Company In-Game
In-game reporting is easy. You can report players or companies without leaving the game, and quickly capture the offensive message you want to report. To file an in-game report, follow these steps:
Mouse over the offending message and then select Report.
Select a reason for the report, provide a description of the violation, and then Submit.
To report a player or company outside of chat:
Press O to bring up the Social menu and then search for the player (or a player in the company you want to report) by name.
Mouse over the player and then select Report.
Select a reason for the report, provide a description of the violation, and then Submit.
To report a player or company outside the game, file a web ticket. Make sure to include the following:
The name of the player or company you're reporting.
A description of the violation, along with links to any relevant videos or images that provide additional context to your report.
The server name where the violation occurred.
