In-Game Purchases
New World offers optional in-game purchases through the in-game Store.

You can purchase in-game items from the in-game store, on Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.

In-game purchases, including items you unlock with Marks of Fortune are nonrefundable.

You can purchase in-game items from the in-game store with currency from your Steam Wallet. For more information on Steam Wallet, check out Steam support.

In-game purchases require Steam Overlay. Attempts to make an in-game purchase without it enabled result in a "Transaction in Progress" error message.

In-game purchases, including items you unlock with Marks of Fortune, are nonrefundable.

If you purchased in-game currency, but aren’t seeing it in-game, confirm your completed purchase by signing in to view your order history.

  1. To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.

  2. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

  3. Select Order history to view your purchases.

If you purchased in-game currency, but aren’t seeing it in-game, confirm the following:

  1. Check your transaction history and verify that your purchase was successful.

  2. Check that you're signed into the same account that you used to purchase the in-game currency.

  3. Restore licenses on your PS5 console.
