Redeem a Game Code
You can redeem a game code on Steam, Xbox Series X|S, or PlayStation 5.

Game Code Redemption

If you have a New World: Aeternum game code, follow the steps below to redeem them.

  1. Log in to the Steam client application.

  2. Click the button labeled "+ Add a Game" on the bottom left on the Steam client.

  3. Select "Activate a Product on Steam..." and follow the on-screen instructions.

  1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select Store.

  2. Press the View button to open the side men, and then select Redeem.

  3. Enter the 25-character code, select Next, and then follow the prompts.

  1. Go to the PlayStation Store and select your profile at the top of the screen.

  2. Select Redeem Code from the drop-down menu.

  3. Carefully enter the 12-digit code and select Continue.

Community Code Redemption

If you have received a special code via an online campaign, giveaway, or otherwise, it can be redeemed by following the steps below.

  1. Go to this link after receiving a code.

  2. Choose your platform and sign into that account.

  3. Enter your code and click Redeem Reward.

    • If you entered a code incorrectly, you will receive a message stating "The code you entered is not valid. Please review your entry and try again."

  4. Successful redemptions will include a message noting confirmation.

Note: Items will show up in-game after relogging following successful redemption. Sometimes you may need to wait up to 30 minutes for the items to show up.

If you experience redemption issues despite a valid code, or your in-game content hasn't arrived after waiting more than 30 minutes following successful redemption, please reach out to customer support for assistance.
