Claiming Twitch Drops
Claim New World: Aeternum loot as Twitch Drops.

Important

  • Once you link your Twitch account on one account, you can't link and claim drops on another account. Twitch's limit is one game account per developer.

  • To find the latest information on drops, go to New World Twitch Drops.

  • For information on how to participate in Twitch Drops, check out Twitch Support.

  • If you haven't claimed any Twitch Drops, you will see a message stating "Oops, we did not find an active Twitch Drop for New World." You can click the Check for Claimed Drops button to check again.

Claiming Twitch Drops

  1. Log in to your Twitch account, and set your status to Online.

  2. Complete the tasks needed to qualify for a Drop.

    • Tip: Look for streams with Twitch Drops enabled.

  3. When your tasks are complete and you receive a drop, select Claim Now from your Twitch Drops Inventory page.

  4. Select Connect on Drop, and the New World Twitch Drops page appears.

  5. On the New World Twitch Drops screen, select Sign in with Twitch. To authorize the New World Web application to grant the drops in-game, sign in to your Twitch account.

  6. When prompted, select Sign In for the platform you play on.

    • You can change your platform by clicking Switch Platform.

  7. Select Activate to add your New World Twitch Drops your account.

    • If you haven't claimed any Twitch Drops, you will see a message stating "Oops, we did not find an active Twitch Drop for New World." You can click the Check for Claimed Drops button to check again.

If you don't receive your Twitch Drop after claiming it, check your character inventory or character skin window. After following all of the steps, if you still can't find your Twitch Drop please contact customer support.
