Report a Player or Guild
Report a player or Guild for cheating, harassment, or otherwise violating the Code of Conduct while playing Lost Ark.

Please follow the directions below to report a player or Guild for cheating, harassment, or otherwise violating the Code of Conduct while playing Lost Ark.

Reporting Best Practices

Reporting a player or Guild in-game when the action or message occurs that violates the Code of Conduct is the most effective way to report others. See the below examples describing why it's effective when reporting others.

Harassment: Reporting a player in-game allows you to automatically link it to chat evidence to support the case which can greatly increase the resolution time by our moderators. Additionally, you have access to block and ignore features to prevent this player from affecting you in the future.

Cheating: Reporting a player in-game will provide game details to the affected case that will help our moderators build a case. Additionally, these types of reports made in-game are automatically synchronized with our anti-cheat solutions to assist with identification and detection of cheat programs or other game affecting processes.

Report a Player or Guild In-Game

In-game reporting is easy. You can report players or Guilds without leaving the game, and quickly capture the offensive message you want to report. To file an in-game report, follow these steps:

To report a player or Guild:

  1. Press CTRL + Right Mouse Button (RMB) on either a player, or a player's name in chat.

  2. Select Report, then select a reason.

  3. Provide the player's character name, details of the incident, and include screenshots when applicable. For Guild reports, make sure to include the Guild name.

Note: To report a Guild, report a player in the guild and state you're reporting the guild.
