Account Restrictions
To crack down on bots, fraudulent purchases, scams, and other abuse, we place limits on a player’s account unless it’s trusted by Steam or by Amazon Games.

This trusted account system is intended to reinforce the Play fair guideline from our Code of Conduct, and ensure that players can trade and interact with other players with greater comfort.

Player accounts that aren’t yet trusted will have lower daily Steam purchase limits, and are prevented from accessing several features in Lost Ark, including:

  • Initiating player-to-player trades (you can still receive requests).

    • Tip: If you could trade before, but can't trade now, visit Steam Support to set up two-factor authentication (Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator required) for your Steam account. Wait four hours and try your trade again.

  • Gifting items to other players

  • Exchanging Royal Crystals for Gold

  • Sending in-game mail with attachments

Note: Real-money transactions (RMT), such as buying or selling Gold or other in-game items (with players on secondary marketplaces) are a violation of our Code of Conduct. Participation in RMT will result in disciplinary action.
