Purchases & Rewards
Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, Lucent wallets may temporarily show a zero balance, but your full Lucent amount is still tied to your account.
Refreshing the wallet, such as by closing and re-opening, should restore the correct Lucent balance.
Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, the Auction House may temporarily not open or doesn't show any products.
Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, the Store may temporarily show all items as being unavailable.
Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, the Storage Chest within the Shop may temporarily appear empty.
Some players haven't received their rewards from linking their Amazon Games iD or from Twitch Drops.
These rewards will be granted in the coming week.
Errors
Server (10) error will occur when servers are at their character creation or server transfer capacity, but the game UI does not accurately show the server as being character creation or server transfer locked.
If you receive this error, please try to create a character or server transfer on a different server.
Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, you may sometimes encounter an error preventing you from successfully logging in. Try to fully close the game and try again.
We are investigating this issue further.
Some players may encounter an issue where you're not being defaulted to your desired region, which can cause characters to appear they're missing. They are not missing. Try the below steps:
Confirm that you're on the correct region when looking for your server. Changing regions at server selection may take a few minutes.
Restart the client.
Some players may encounter a WorldServer Disconnected error. Our teams are actively engaged in working to find a more permanent solution for those experiencing this issue.
In the meantime, this workaround may resolve this error for some of those impacted:
Open the game.
Press “Enter” on title screen.
Select a Server.
Click Create Character.
Select Body Type.
Our testing has shown some players are able to now return to the character select screen, pick their server, and access their original character.
In other instances, it’s recommended to finish creating the character, progressing through the tutorial, naming your character, then returning to the Select Character screen from the in-game menu.
Note: After completing these steps, ensure you open the server list and verify you’re on the server that your preferred character was created on. Please remember if you don’t plan on using the character you’ve just created, there is a 1 hour timer to delete a character.
Game Access
If you're on PS5 and had the THRONE AND LIBERTY Open Beta on your console, it may try to default you to that version when trying to play. Please ensure when opening the game that you select the live version and not the Open Beta.
To do this, select the three dot menu and ensure that you are launching the correct version. You are also able to delete the Open Beta client if you would like to avoid future confusion.
If you are having trouble differentiating between the Beta and the Live version, please try the following:
Highlight the Beta app.
Select the 3 dots.
Select the version - You will see 2 app options (PS5 & PS5 Beta.)
Select the PS5 Product.
Select Play Game.
Twitch Drops
Claimed Ornate Coin Twitch Drops will always state you received 50 Ornate Coins, but you will receive the correct amount originally shown when you clicked Claim Now from the Twitch Drops inventory.
Easy Anti-Cheat
If you are on a Windows PC and encounter the error “Easy Anti-Cheat (47)”, which kicks you out of THRONE AND LIBERTY and prevents logging in, please follow the steps in our Easy Anti-Cheat support article.
Items
Players may be unable to obtain Rare Enchanted Ink.
This will be fixed in a future update.
Character
Logging out while in a Dash Morph while in tight spaces will sometimes cause your character to be stuck in a wall upon logging back in.
Use the "/escape" chat command if this occurs.
Character Customization
Easy Face Maker and Share Appearance.
Uploading a file via the file browser is not currently working.
QR Code for Easy Face Maker.
Can display a "403 Forbidden" error if the aspect ratio is not 1:1.
UI
Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, you may get stuck on a black screen after opening the game, logging in to a character, or when creating a character.
Try waiting for 5 minutes to see if the screen loads.
Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, Early Access characters may not appear initially.
Confirm that you are on the correct region and restart your client.
The shader compilation may sometimes get stuck at 0% or not progress.
To resolve this, go into the Settings and change 'Shader Preloading' to 'Low' and then restart the game.
After creating and logging into a character on one region, swapping to another region which has no characters available will cause the original character from the first region to be shown in the UI. You will not be able to log into this character on the 2nd region, and will need to use the Create Character option in the bottom-right to continue.
Various pre-rendered cutscenes are distorted or grainy.
Some textures may be corrupt if using an Intel Arc GPU.
After enabling the Intel XeSS option and changing the Shading Quality to Epic, bright flashes of light will sometimes appear on objects throughout Solisium.
Some tree textures are missing while playing on Xbox Series S.
The map is shown in a low resolution if playing on Xbox One S.
Some screen flickering can be seen on higher-end Nvidia GPU's running the latest Game Ready drivers.
As a temporary workaround, you can set the Settings > Graphic Options > Quality > Volumetric Cloud option to High or lower to alleviate the symptoms. Additionally, turn off Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling in the Graphics settings and reboot.
If this does not resolve the issue, you can install the Nvidia graphics driver version 556.12 or older (dated June 27, 2024) to fix it.
Settings
Due to a large volume of players following the official launch, your settings may temporarily revert to the default, triggering the first time user experience launch flow.
Try to wait a few minutes for your prior settings to display.
Gamepad
While using a controller, the Party Member list section of the Manage Party window cannot be interacted with if opened from the Arena menu.
The Next Target Lock-On setting has no effect while using a controller.
While using a controller, the Outfit menu cannot be used after equipping a costume, leaving the menu, then re-entering.
Controller menu navigation may not function properly after character creation.
Relaunching the game should fix this issue.
If you continue to experience this issue after relaunching, attempt to press down on the left thumb-stick. This should enable analog mode, allowing you to navigate the menus.
Server Transfer
The first attempt to enter a server with a character after transferring regions from within a queue will fail.
The 2nd attempt will succeed.
Audio
Throughout your journey in Solisium you may encounter some missing voice lines from various NPCs in English. Subtitles are not impacted, so you won't be missing out on an critical details during your adventures.
We are aware of the issue and will work on updating as soon as possible.
Selecting the KR VO option will cause a Korean song to play while viewing the game credits. However, selecting any other VO language will play an instrumental song.
Arena
Characters will remain in the Arena if the game is closed while the match is in progress, then relaunched after the match has concluded.
Social
On Xbox, the list of players on the "Recently Played With" list does not update after interacting with another player via voice chat.
Chat will not function upon reaching Kastleton on a new character.
Relaunching the client will fix this.
Profile images will not load in chat or in the top-left of the HUD.
Some players friends list may have disappeared and are unable to add friends or send friend requests.
This issue is being investigated further.
