HOW DO WE "GET WIGI"?
Through knowledge sharing, access to technology, professional development workshops, and mentorship programs, WIGI works to normalize women, femme-identifying, and nonbinary professionals in the gaming industry by eliminating barriers and increasing access and opportunities for all.
NO WOMAN, NO PANEL
WIGI proudly maintains a firm “No Woman, No Panel” policy to champion gender balance in panels and public events.
WIGI is committed to ensuring that every panel or public event we support features at least one woman panelist. Our goal is to amplify diversity at global gaming industry events because women need to be both seen and heard.
