Europe West Character Details

• Before the merge, we'll cancel all of your currency exchange listings, and active market and auction house trades.

• After the merge, your auction house and market history, transactions, and interest list will be deleted.

• If your character name overlaps an existing Europe Central character, you'll see a prompt to change your name on your first log in.

• If your guild name overlaps an existing Europe Central guild, you'll see a "#" added before your guild name. The Guild Master can change the name:

  • Go to Guild, and then Management.

  • Select Guild Name Change, and change your guild's name.

• Expect name changes to character names in to reflect in any open requests you have, along with your friend and blocked lists, but not in your Recent list. Those names remain the same.

• Europe Central's global chat remains unchanged, but expect deletion of all Europe West global chat and chat history.

  • Important: If you previously had a chat setup, you need to remake it after the merge.

Europe West Progression Event Details

• Super Mokoko Express & Story Express Events

  • An event status with the higher progression between two regions will remain. In case that the progression is equal, the event info of the character with a higher Item Level will remain.

  • Event rewards from completed missions will be added. Any unclaimed event mission rewards from the event status to be deleted, will be delivered to the Universal Inventory.

• Event Powerpass

  • The lower count of Event Powerpasses will be retained.

• Tickets & Tokens

  • Powerpasses, Character Slot Extension Tickets, Reskin Tickets, Name Change Tickets, and Guild Name Change Tickets will all follow the same policy:

    • We'll add Purchased Tickets/Tokens together.

    • We'll add Free Tickets/Tokens together and discard the excess above the cap.

• Stronghold

  • We'll block the "Send Stronghold Gift" function prior to Merge, and return Sent products.

• In-game Shop

  • We'll integrate products in Product Inventory and product purchase limits.

• PvP

  • MMR information of previous seasons reset when Proving Grounds Season 3 ended on August 16, 2023. The previous season's Ranking information will reset with the merge. Unclaimed season rewards went to Universal Storage on August 23, 2023 in preparation of the region merge.
