Troubleshooting Sound Issues

If you're experiencing sound issues while playing Amazon Games, here are some solutions that may help.

Make sure that the in-game volume isn't disabled or too low.


  1. From the Home screen, click the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner and then select Settings. If you're in a match, press Esc and then click Settings.
  2. From the Audio tab, increase the Volume sliders as needed, and then click Apply Changes.
